Hi, I’m Jae Chin — Associate Group Director at PropNex.

With close to 15 years of experience in the construction industry as a Registered Safety Officer, I’ve worked on major projects and had close communication with government agencies. This background gave me a solid foundation in understanding how things truly work on the ground — from regulations to structural planning.

Even before I officially joined the real estate industry full-time in 2021, my wife and family members were already active in the field. So stepping in felt like a natural move — built on both passion and preparation.

My work spans across residential, commercial, and industrial real estate.
Whether it's helping HDB owners with their asset progression, advising multi-property owners on portfolio restructuring, or supporting business owners in finding the right commercial/industrial space, I bring a strategic yet grounded approach to every deal.

I now serve as Project-in-Charge (PIC) for multiple new launches, leading a team of 40–50 agents from different divisions. I personally:

• Train them on presentation flow for new launches

• Teach agents how to build their own websites and run PPC campaigns

• Help them adopt tech-driven strategies that give them an edge in the market

I also lead internal training sessions and prospecting activities within our division, ensuring that newer agents never feel lost or alone.

As part of the PropNex Tech Frontrunner Team, I help agents:

• Create and edit their own social media videos

• Build cost-effective marketing systems

• Strengthen their branding without relying on expensive vendors
